Support to Skill Development of Banchbo School of Human Skill Development

The primary aim of this unit is to empower the youth of our country to become self-sufficient by offering a range of professional skill development training. Through the programs we provide, these young individuals can earn a dignified livelihood in the future. Since our inception of this unit in the year 2015, numerous young people, particularly from marginalized communities, have received training at our institution and are now successfully employed in various sectors, gaining both financial stability and social recognition. Currently, the 13th batch of the Certified Nursing Assistant course and the 2nd batch of the Certified Physiotherapy Assistant course are successfully underway in Kolkata, along with the 3rd batch of the Certified Nursing Assistant course in Sundarban.

Banchbo Healing Touch Foundation (BHTF) is Kolkata’s first 24x7 medical helpline dedicated to elderly care. We provide compassionate, high-quality healthcare and emotional support tailored to the unique needs of senior citizens, helping them live a dignified, secure, and joyful life at home.

We are a registered Section 8 NGO (U88900WB2024NPL270788), recognized by Niti Aayog NGO Darpan (WB/2024/0427855), and a National Institutional Member of the Geriatric Society of India. We were recently honored with the CMA MSME Eastern India's Best Social Impact Award 2025 for our work in senior care.
