My parents are both above 80 yrs of age. They make sure my parents undergo regular health checks once a month (incl ECG every 6 months) - followed by homevisit by a doctor. I live in Bangalore and feel very secure that we have the services of Banchbo for my parents in Kolkata. I highly recommend their care for individuals who live away from their aged parents.

Most of my old family members are enlisted with Banchbo for more than 5 yrs never had any complain from any one. Their service is uptodate and you can call them during emergency. No one is perfect thing can go wrong sometimes, but we never faced any trouble, doctor and nursing staff attended my pishi 2 am in the middle of the night and regard tariff I don't mind because no medical institution is a saint why blame Banchbo alone. But at least they provide a home based support which none does.

Banchbo Healing Touch is a service organization that takes care of elderly people. As both my parents are members of this organization, I know a lot of information about their activities. Every one/two months the doctors come to the house and provide services. Twice a year blood test and ECG are done through this organization. Moreover, they have 24 hours emergency service. When all medical services were closed during the covid period, Dr. Babura and other members were eager to know what to do by providing oxygen, admitting covid patients to hospitals and making regular phone calls. Due to which some of the members here got infected with covid and the leader here Dr. Dhiresh Chowdhury got infected with covid twice and was hospitalized once in critical condition. All the doctors and service workers here are so humane that they have become dear to my parents. During the covid period they arranged to take all the members by bus to the hospital (three times) for vaccination which was impossible then. Their services are available 24 hours a day. If someone is sick late at night, doctor babu and sister brothers and sisters with an ambulance go to the house to see the patient and admit him to the hospital if it is critical. Not only this, every year the organization takes these elderly people on outings and organizes entertainment programs to relieve their mental worries and give them peace of mind. I live abroad (Taipei). Constantly worries about parents. But now we are also safe as parents are under the service of Achabo. Bachambo's effort is immense which cannot be compared to anything else.
